Sales and Service Policies
As a small business we try to keep things simple. Of course, we still need a few rules to keep things easy for both us and our customers. Here they are:
- Please contact us if you experience any problems whatsoever, we’ll try and correct the problem.
- We do not conduct any ‘side’ negotiations on price as some websites do; sorry but this simply isn’t fair to all customers.
- For shipping costs please see the section on Shipping.
- Have a question? Please ask. We try and respond to any email we receive within 12 hours (and often more frequently then that).
- All prices are stated in US dollars.
- Purchases can be made using Paypal and Major Credit Cards. When you place your order you will be taken to the PayPal site to complete payment. PayPal is an accepted payment processor for online stores. Payments are processed by PayPal but all major credit cards are accepted. Once your payment is processed by PayPal you will be returned to the Fine Vintage Fair site. We don’t accept any other payment methods.
- We may from time to time send emails to our customers to advise of sales and other information. We never sell or give any customer information to any other party. We take customer privacy seriously.
