Certina: Circa 1940

This rare collector’s piece features a superb ‘bullseye’ two tone dial in mint condition. The black outer dial circle includes luminescent Arabic numerals; the inner dial is silver, signed Certina, and includes the luminescent hour and minute hands. There’s a large circular seconds register at the six. The large case is stainless steel, with a screwback numbered 1540287. The Certina caliber KF320 mechanical movement is running well. The case measures a large 46mm from lug to lug. This fine piece is in near mint condition.
