Elgin: 1936

This Elgin has a lovely off-white Butler finished dial with prominent gold Arabic deco-styled numerals. There is a boxed seconds register at the bottom of the dial, and the simple Elgin name and star at the top. The Elgin 21 jewel movement has been professionally cleaned; it’s serial number is 36320993. The case is 10k gold filled and measures 40mm lug to lug. This piece is in excellent overall condition and running well.
